There are no tickets left for the film I want to see
SeeFilmFirst is a ticketing system, used by the major film companies and the media to supply tickets for previews. For some films we have 1,000s of tickets to offer our database, for others we have allocations after offering to a third party promoter. Either way we offer as many as possible, to our members. Every year we give away millions of tickets to previews of films before they open. As soon as we have something to offer, we will email you, but tickets are offered on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED basis.
Priority Alerts
We are currently testing priority alerts - basically, we will offer to text codes to your mobile phone, before we send out a general email giving you the opportunity to log on and download your tickets in advance.
Why are the cinemas half full when on application for tickets they are all gone?
Actually we do share your frustration and if we could think of a way to ensure people turned up, we would be very happy also! Unfortunately people do apply for tickets but don't always use them. To try and avoid this problem, we would really appreciate that you only apply for tickets when you can actually use them.
I can't print my tickets
You will get another opportunity to print the tickets when you receive the confirmation email the day before the screening. If you still experience problems contact help@seefilmfirst.com. Add administration@seefilmfirst.com to your email address book to ensure you get email offers and online help.
I haven't heard from you for some time
Firstly, please edit your details to ensure they are up to date. If you have entered the wrong email address for example, you will not be receiving emails from us!

What type of identification do I need?
You won't always be asked for ID, but occasionally, cinemas need to check that tickets aren't being misused. A driving license, credit card or utility bill will be fine.
I would like to change the name on my tickets
If you want to change the name on your ticket, please send the name of the person that will be using the ticket to changeofname@seefilmfirst.com
I am interested in joining see film first - can you tell me the cost?
Membership of SeeFilmFirst is free of charge.
Why is this film not showing in my area?
It is the film company's decision as to where special previews are held and beyond our control. Usually films will be previewed in areas where the film will be playing once it has opened.
